Deferred Compensation - How to Enroll

You may elect to contribute by making pretax, elective deferrals by completing a Voluntary Salary Deferral Agreement and TIAA-CREF's enrollment form found on the TIAA-CREF microsite for RF Employees.

    The Voluntary Salary Deferral Agrement should be returned to your campus Benefits Office.
  • The enrollment form may be mailed directly to TIAA-CREF, Attn: Enrollment, 8500 Andrew Carnegie Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28262 or your campus Benefits Office may fax it to 800-914-8922 for you (TIAA-CREF will not accept a fax directly from the employee).


Deductions will be effective on the first payroll of the month following the date the Voluntary Salary Deferral Agreement is received by your campus Benefits Office. 


Your contributions will then be invested according to your designation on the TIAA-CREF enrollment form.
